Our stock of epi wafers has expanded and we now have relaxed SiGe buffer layers grown on 100mm diameter Si(100) available for sale on our online store. Relaxed SiGe buffers are available at 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% Ge content, all of which comprise a linearly graded strain relaxed buffer followed by a 2um thick constant composition SiGe epilayer.
